Q: How do I qualify for a Trade Account?

When filling in the form, you must provide evidence of an active floral or events business by providing any of the following: - Business Name - Your Trade/Industry - Instagram Handle - ABN/ACN number -proof of study in the industry We are here to help you on your floral journey

Q: Will I be able to start shopping as soon as I create the form?

Yes you will! Once you fill in the form, your account will automatically be created and allow you to make purchases immediately. If you want to discuss your eligibility ... please feel free to email or direct message us on Instagram

THE SHED

Q: What days/times is the shed open?

Our shed door open times are posted on Instagram (@the_greenshed ) each week. Please check our Instagram Bio for updates! During the winter months we open just a couple of days a week but remember online is always open and we pack orders daily!

Q: Why is the shed door only open a few hours a week?

Because we are primarily an online business. We open the shed doors as just as a little extra for those that want the touch, see & smell experience! Plus we love to meet you!

Q: Can I make purchases in the shed?

Yes you can! We accept bank transfer, cash or we have Eftpos facilities.

Q: Where is The Green Shed located?

We are located in Wanneroo, WA. Please DM us through Instagram (@the_greenshed ) and we will send you our address for your next visit during our opening hours!

Q: Where can I park when I arrive at the shed?

If the gate is open, please park near the big Green Shed which is near the gate. If the gate is closed, please give us a call on arrival.

PICK UP ORDERS

Q: When can I pick up my order after I purchase online?

Once you've completed your online purchase, expect a notification via SMS or email within one business day to let you know your order is ready for pickup. Our pickup hours are incredibly flexible. Upon receiving your notification, you can arrange for us to leave your order out for collection at a time convenient for you. This convenience extends beyond our regular open hours, ensuring you can retrieve your order at your own pace. Please keep in mind that for us to accommodate leaving your order out, it's essential to message us during our open hours. Messaging us outside of these hours may result in delays in arranging for your order to be left out. Thank you for your understanding!

Q: Where do I pick up my order?

Our shed is located in Wanneroo. We will send you the address when it is ready for pick up!

Q: Can I add more products when I pick up?

If the Shed is open - yes you can! Our shed door open times are posted on Instagram (@the_greenshed ) each week. Check our insta bio for updates!

SHIPPING

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be swiftly packed and dispatched for shipping. Orders placed before 11am are processed and shipped on the same day. If you order after 11am, your order will be packed and dispatched the following morning. Rest assured, we strive to ensure prompt processing and delivery of your order.

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?

For local deliveries within the Perth Metro area, we utilize Sendle, ensuring your order arrives within two business days (usually next day) For deliveries to eastern states, we also rely on Sendle, with shipping times typically ranging from 5 days to 2 weeks. Our on-main-route deliveries down south, up to Geraldton, and to Kalgoorlie benefit from our partnership with KalExpress, providing next-day delivery on weekdays.

Q: How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact The Green Shed team on Hello@thegreenshedwanneroo.com. Please remember to check your junk mail prior to emailing.

Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. What you see is what you pay—no hidden fees. If you opt for an alternative shipping method, such as Auspost Express, any additional charges will be invoiced separately.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Every weekday is delivery day for orders in the metro area. Get your order in before noon any day & it will arrive within 2 business days - usually next day!
